Waste wool has its place too! Clean, felted waste wool is perfect to add to starter packs when starting plants and seeds or when replanting larger plants.

Plants can benefit from wool in three ways:
An all-natural fertilizer, wool, high in nitrogen, slowly breaks down releasing nutrients into the soil.
Wool naturally absorbs water (~20x its weight) helping to conserve water. 
Waste wool expands in the soil giving the plant more space & oxygen for growth.
